The University of Bristol and the Student’s Union have an exciting opportunity for you to play a part in the future of your university. We’re looking for students to join our Student Advisory Group and help us shape the work of the Campus Heart (Tyndall Place) and Temple Quarter programmes.

The ambition is to transform your campus by building and upgrading facilities that you’ve told us really matter to you. We want to build a new Library, refurbish the Indoor Sports Centre and create a new student hub in Senate House.

Senate House will become the home to the Students’ Union on campus with more study seats, collaboration spaces and places to eat. Alongside this the aim is to pedestrianise Tyndall Avenue and create a new social space for students, staff and neighbours, creating a heart to our campus where we can study and socialise.

And this is where you come in...

As a member of the Student Advisory Group you can have your say on the Campus Heart (Tyndall Place) programme and really help make a difference to student life at Bristol, it’s also a great opportunity to add some fantastic experience to your CV.

Student Advisors will also get a £10 Sainsbury’s voucher, a LinkedIn recommendation and it counts towards your Bristol Plus. Oh, and on top of all that there’s also free pizza…

We want to hear what you have to say. The Student Advisory Group will be meeting for the first time on Tuesday 20 March from 6.00pm - 8.00pm in the The Richmond Building, with a second meeting taking place in April. In the first session we’ll be talking about the Student Advice Service – which will provide a gateway for students to access information, advice and answers to  questions about any aspect of their student life.
