Max Langer

• Build a single-use plastic free campus.

• Reform the Annual Members Meeting to build an SU that listens to all students.

Nachan Fujiwara

• Support societies: Lobbying for travel grants and more free activity spaces for societies.

• Lobby with the university to work towards a fairer and less stressful assessment design, working to change the make it or break it units, to give students more opportunities to get better marks.
• Work with the different faculties to get more flexibility in choosing units and changes into our timetables.
• Create workshops and social activities for the integration of international and home students.

Vaibhav Gokhale

• Work with the University to install sleeping pods in libraries and study centres.
• Considering the visa restrictions post Brexit, work alongside with Career Services to provide increased support and tailored guidance to International students.
• Fight against the rising tution fees by continuing the Boycott NSS(National Student Survey) campaign.

• Feedback: As a course rep, I realized that am a large number of students feel dissatisfied with the feedback and therefore pushing the faculties to improve the quality of feedback, will be an important priority.
• Bus Service: Lobby with the university to provide free bus service facility for all students to far away venues (Coombe Dingle and Passenger Shed) during exam time.
• Library Facility: Make more libraries 24 hours during exam season apart from the Arts & Social Sciences Library.

Tom Parry

• Improve funding and support for intramural leagues, ensuring more people have the opportunity to participate in sport.
• Ensure the university continues to work towards providing a regular bus route to Coombe Dingle including a free bus for sporting fixtures on Wednesdays.
• Implement a system to ensure clubs who don’t compete in regular fixtures receive increased recognition and support.

Antoine Macquet

• Improve the club experience by reviewing the Performance Sport system and support clubs so they can give back to students.
• Increase the accessibility and inclusivity of sport at all levels so anyone can partake in physical activity.
• Drawing the University's attention to the importance of sport in bettering mental health, as it is currently an afterthought in their Mental Wellness Strategy.

Marlo Boyd

• Postgrads and student in later years of education need the same support as undergrads.
• There is room for more cross-collaboration between sports clubs for a united and supported Bristol sporting body.
• Use my sporting history, training and qualifications to promote participation in competition and volunteering for students' personal development.

This role represents students on equality, diversity and widening participation issues, and ensures that all students’ voices are represented within the SU and University.

• Create an individual mentoring system for international students, it would be amazing if older students can help freshers with their queries. 
• Increase the number of tours offered by AFT Bristol in partnership with the university, as they promote social interaction and allows international students to tourist at low cost.

Julius Ogayo

• INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS VISA - I will fight to ensure that all VISA issues affecting International students to be addressed through implementation of a VISA policy favourable to all. This will address issues such as VISA duration and complications regarding employment arising as a result. 
• TUITION AND ACCOMMODATION FEE - Lead in calling for reduction of high fee being paid by international students both for tuition and accommodation. I will also seek to advocate for an increase in University Bursary opportunities for international students facing financial difficulties. 
• WORK OPPORTUNITIES AND CAREER SERVICES - I will lead in negotiating with University and the SU to set aside a fixed quota of the total job opportunities for International students. I will also seek to create, in conjunction with the University Admin, a portal or database through which empoyment opportunities and career services are advertised only to international students. 

Shailaja Tallam Laxman

• Education Development : Support in navigating different styles of teaching and learning materials for all the students.
• Student Development : Finding the right people to provide more information about the right to work, and not to pay council tax and help international students find part- time jobs and internships.
• Social Development : Creation and facilitation of skill swap session, where we will have open community space for people to get together and swap skills, knowledge, history, and cuisines.

Srusti Thakur

• Arrange a team of students, who would provide 24 x 7 pickup and welcome support, regardless of the date and time of a student’s arrival.
• Arrange regular, fun and extra-curricular activities only for international students celebrating various festivals of different nations with students from different nations and English speaking sessions with students of different nationality.
• Organize "Getting the best out of supervision" course (currently organized for PGRs only) for all students (Undergrads, PGTs and PGRs).
