Bristol SU is here to support student group leaders through every step of your year. If you need specific help or advice with something, we strongly encourage you to book a meeting in with us. 

Development Meetings

The Development Team can support you with a wide variety of things including (but not limited to):

• Building online communities
• Constitutions
• Committee roles
• Committee meetings, AGMs and elections
• Socials and events
• We Are Bristol Process
• Sponsorship and grant writing
• Wellbeing

Finance Meetings

If you would like to know more about our financial processes and services you can book a meeting with a member of the Student Services team. Each session can be up to an hour in length and you can bring another member of your committee with you. Please be aware that up to two other groups could be attending the same session, if you would like a bespoke meeting please email bristolsu@bristol.ac.uk.

The Student Services team are here to help you with the financial processes that help you run your group, for example:

• Understanding your financial reports
• Using the expenses app
• Managing your budget
• Raising invoices
• Paying money into your account
• Charitable donations

You can schedule a meeting online - this will be an in-person appointment, meeting at the reception desk on 3rd floor of the Richmond Building. Please email us at bristolsu@bristol.ac.uk if you are unable to attend an in-person meeting. 

These meetings are bookable on Tuesday (10:00 - 11:00) and Friday (10:00 - 12:00).

Brand and Design Support

Chat with graphic designer Vicki about:

• Logo and brand identity design
• Using Canva
• Creating design assets or templates (for print, digital or social media)
• Setting up print-ready files and using a print service (leaflets, roller banners, vinyl banners etc)
